Why can't I enter my Quick Pull registration code?

I purchased Quick Pull, and when I try to use it, I get a message that the registration key is invalid. I can't get to an area where I can enter the code. What shall I do? I have deleted the application and reinstalled it, but nothing seems to work. I have a Blackberry Tour / Verizon.
