It sounds like you are trying to enter your device PIN for your registration code.
Your registration code is entirely numerical. Please follow this link: http://steelthorn.com/support/ and enter the email address associated with your original order under the "Lost registration code" heading. -
Inappropriate?The email that I received did not include the registration code. It contained the BB PIN. However the email was confusing as it did not state that you should execute then instructions that Joey stated above. -
Inappropriate?I had the same problem. I reinstalled storm lock. Then I went to options and storm lock. I hit register and entered the 6 digit number from my email. Not the pin number. I then backed out and back in and it says I am registered. -
