Save Scans for later search (low to no signal)

Save scans for when you are in a service area (was playing with it at my moms house and she did not have signal) im thinking after its decoded its just 12 characters right? so it would be a tiny file :) thanks again for making this neat program, i cant wait for it to become more polished hope my feedback helps.
