Hi there,
Your device is probably managed by a BlackBerry Enterprise Server with a restrictive IT policy. Please having a look at this FAQ: http://faq.steelthorn.com/index.php?V...

Inappropriate? My Storm is not ES-managed, and I'm still not able to use the latest beta version with OS 5.
I’m undecided
-
Inappropriate?I can't get Quick Pull to work past the error: Something went wrong. Aborting. See device log for more details.
-
Inappropriate?I am getting same error as Mick. I have tried everything.

Me too -
Inappropriate?worked fine for 3 weeks, then got message about uncaught exception and reset not performed. When try a manual reset get the little timer icon for about 3 seconds then goes right back to normal operation without resetting or any error message.. USING TOUR, NOT ON ENTERPRISE SERVER OR OTHER IT MANAGEMENT. Tried uninstalling resently installed Roblock but did not help. Have not updated OS from orig 4.7 (verizon network)

NOW RESOLVED: Did a battery pull, took much longer than normal to reboot when put battery in, but now Quickpull works normally - goes from timer to "please wait" popup to a reboot........ -
Inappropriate? It may work for MistaMike, but he said he has not updated OS from orig 4.7. I have updated to 5.0 via Verizon, and QuickPull has been broken ever since (obviously not due to something QuickPull has done, but it no longer works all the same).
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate? My device is also not run by enterprise activation and I get the same message as Mick. This began when I upgraded to the 5.0 version of the blackberry software. This is one of the best applications out there, is there any way to get this working for the new software? I just purchased it too and that still didnt work. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks.

Inappropriate?I think the onus is on Quick Pull to fix this problem. After all, they are profiting from the BB OS. Anybody from Quick Pull listening?
