Hi there,
This is a known issue on OS 5.0.0.434+.
RIM has fixed this in newer builds (namely 5.0.0.711+), but those are not yet officially released for any devices yet. Keep an eye on this thread for any future updates. The best solution is to either avoid upgrade to 434-710 builds or upgrade to builds 711+ when they become available. There is no way for us to work around this problem on the above builds.
Hope this helps clears up the status of this problem.

Thanks for the feedback. We definitely appreciate this and this will help us continue to look at OS5 support for AutoStandby. Unfortunately I don't have any other info about if/when it will be compatible with OS5.

Hi Nathan,
The screen you are seeing briefly is a system message that basically just says your device needs to reboot and that your phone will be unavailable for a few minutes while this happens. The reason it disappears so fast is because QuickPull automatically dismisses this dialog for you so that you don't have to do it manually. Hope this helps.

Sorry I should have asked for the exact version of the BlackBerry OS you have. You can find this under the Options > About menu on your devices.
Also, if you have recently upgraded to OS 5, check out this FAQ on how to get the latest versions of QuickPull for OS 5:

I double checked the site and it does show the Storm as incompatible right now as it should. However the problem you are having is not specific to the Storm but rather to certain versions of OS 5. A fix should be coming for this but you should follow this thread (by starring it) to receive updates on the issue, although there is no guarantee that the app will keep working properly on the Storm devices.

Can you check out this FAQ to grab the log files for QuickPull from your device? Just repeat the steps until you receive that error again and then follow the steps there and paste the log here if you can.
